Digital design manual for BI Norwegian Business School
In collaboration with BI Norwegian Business School, Vasser built a digital design manual that gathers BI's entire visual identity and profile on one digital platform. No one needs to wonder whether the PDF is up to date or where to find the right logo. Everything is in one place, easily accessible for employees and easy to update for content administrators.
About BI Norwegian Business School
BI Norwegian Business School is a self-owned foundation whose sole purpose is teaching and research. It is the only Norwegian business school with triple international accreditation.
Challenges and goals of the digital design manual project
The digital design manual is the answer to challenges BI had with updating outdated PDFs, incorrect logo use and uncertainty about which templates and elements to use where. Less frustration and more joy at work. The goal was total oversight in one place – easily accessible, efficient and future-proof.
Solution, design and technology behind the digital design manual
The solution is built on a user-friendly publishing system called Craft CMS. It is adapted to the purpose of the design manual, and makes it simple for content producers, web editors and administrators to add and update content.
Design that considers interface and user experience at a simple level
Great emphasis was placed on making the digital design manual feel simple to use, without drawing attention away from BI's visual identity and profile.
