Cantec is a leading supplier of electronic assistive devices for people of all ages with impaired functional ability in the Norwegian market. Vasser built their new website and online store.
Private customers and healthcare professionals
The website serves both private individuals and healthcare professionals (for example radiologists and ear-nose-throat clinics). It is therefore structured with different product ranges and membership levels.
Professionals can register themselves, which notifies Cantec. Once a user is approved as a healthcare professional, the customer is informed and can shop as a professional. Ordinary private purchases can be completed without approval.
From outdated website to modern platform
Their previous website was outdated, no longer secure, and suffered frequent downtime. Editing content was cumbersome, accessibility had not been considered, and the mobile experience was poor. The new website answers these challenges with Craft CMS for content editing and a focus on accessibility from day one of the project (WCAG 2.1).
